Sant Josep Town Hall has fined the well-known DJ Diplo 300,000 euros for holding an unlicensed party in Cala d'Hort in the summer of 2024.
The City Counsil has confirmed that the case has been resolved with a fine of 300,000 euros, which was processed by the Department of Activities.
As soon as the events took place, the Town Council expressed its ‘strong condemnation’ of the illegal party and reminded that the area of Cala d'Hort is protected by the European Union through the Natura 2000 Network, as well as being a Natural Area of Special Interest (ANEI), among other environmental protection figures.
The Local Police of Sant Josep took charge of the investigation of the facts and possible offences in order to act accordingly.
