This Saturday July 12th, Las Dalias is hosting a new edition of Discover the Taste of Ibiza, a day organised together with Sabors d'Eivissa and Pimeef to showcase local agri-food products and the work of the island's small and medium-sized businesses.
During the morning, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., free tastings and live showcookings will be offered, with the aim of bringing the local gastronomic potential closer to the public and raising awareness of the value of zero-kilometre products.
The event forms part of Las Dalias' summer programme of activities, which this year celebrates four decades as one of Ibiza's most iconic cultural venues.
The programme will continue with the Night Market, taking place from 18:00 to 23:30 on Sunday 13th, Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th July. The Night Market will bring together over a hundred stalls selling independent designs, local fashion, handmade jewellery and contemporary art, all set against a backdrop of live music, gastronomy and a multicultural vibe.
On Monday July 14th, Peace n' Music will take centre stage. This retro-inspired musical event pays tribute to the free spirit of the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. This event, held every Monday throughout the summer as part of the special programme for the market's 40th anniversary, seeks to revive the festive, countercultural and community spirit of Las Dalias' early days.
