Protección Civil recibió este pasado miércoles por la noche un aviso por derrumbe en una zona rocosa de Porroig, en el municipio de Sant Josep de sa Talaia. En total han quedado soterradas seis casetas varadero.

Según ha informado el Ayuntamiento de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, la zona afectada se encuentra próxima al hotel boutique Las Brisas de Ibiza.
El jefe de Seguridad del Litoral y una técnica se han desplazado hasta el lugar para valorar la situación tras lo ocurrido en esta zona de Porroig. Según han explicado desde el Ayuntamiento, en coordinación con la Policía Local y Protección Civil, y una vez dado el aviso a Emergencias de Baleares, se ha acordonado la zona para asegurar y evitar riesgos ante la posibilidad de un nuevo desprendimiento. Tanto la constructora del hotel como vecinos de la zona también han acotado el acceso al lugar.
«Al tratarse de una zona que pertenece a Costas se debe de realizar un informe sobre la situación para después poder estudiar cuál será la mejor opción para solucionar lo ocurrido en esta ubicación», han explicado desde el Consistorio.
