On May this town was the hottest place of Balearic Island in the whole month
Summer is getting closer every day and it is noticeable in the temperatures that are being reached lately. This Wednesday has been recorded as the hottest day so far this year and a town in Ibiza has been the second hottest of all the Balearic Islands.
It is Sant Antoni and, according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), it has reached 35.8 degrees this day. It is worth to remember that on the May 30th, this town already reached 34 degrees, making it the place hottest place in the whole month of May in the Balearic Islands.
The next two places where the highest temperatures were recorded on Wednesday were Binissalem (Mallorca), with 36.2 degrees, and Cala Galdana (Menorca), with 33.6 degrees.
