The Department of Road Infrastructures of the Consell de Ibiza has announced that the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT), through the company INDRA SISTEMAS S.A., is carrying out works for the installation of speed cameras on several roads of the island.
This work involves occasional lane closures on the following stretches: this Wednesday morning work was carried out on the EI-200 (Santa Eulària) road, between kilometre points 0+280 and 2+600, between the cazadores roundabout and Santa Eulària for the first two kilometres. At midday, work was being carried out on the EI-700 (Ibiza - Sant Josep), between kilometre points 1+800 and 4+350, between Sa Carroca and the airport roundabout. At afternoon, work was scheduled to be done on the EI-800 (airport road), between points 5+420 and 5+850, the final section of the widening of the airport road.
