Amnesia presents its musical proposal for summer 2025

An invitation to dance, the antidote to the loss of the original Ibiza spirit

This season is built on the same values that have defined Amnesia for almost 50 years: music, freedom and (im)eraseable memories.

With new residencies and a completely revamped immersive sound system, Amnesia is all about what really matters: the music and the atmosphere. This summer is not about the show. It's a return to the feeling.

The essence of Ibiza nightlife is still on the dancefloor, not in the billboards, not in the followers on social media, and certainly not in the dominance of the VIP area. Nightclubs are spaces to escape, immerse yourself in sound and connect through shared moments. Amnesia remains that refuge for those who come not to be seen, but to disappear.

This season's full programme clearly demonstrates this, featuring a powerful combination of new residencies and global brands. Ben Hemsley and KETTAMA bring a fresh perspective to Amnesia Presents, and East End Dubs, with their Eastenderz label, share the bill with Resistance, Boiler Room and Do Not Sleep — all of whom are presenting a substantial rather than extensive line-up.

While much of the island leans towards spectacle and predictability this year, Amnesia continues to offer a rawer alternative. It is a space for clubbers who value curation over convenience and nights that are driven by instinct. At its core, this season is built on the same principles that have defined Amnesia for almost 50 years: music, freedom, and unforgettable memories.

The programming broadcasts that energy. On Mondays, Amnesia Presents is revamped and hosted by Ben Hemsley and KETTAMA. Guests such as Interplanetary Criminal and Dennis Sulta are welcomed to the iconic terrace. On Tuesdays, East End Dubs will present their Eastenderz night for the first time at Amnesia, offering a night of deep house and hypnotic grooves that has gained a cult following across Europe.

After a five-year absence, Ultra's Resistance is back on Wednesdays, reclaiming space for techno. ARTBAT and Adam Beyer will be the resident DJs, focusing on special back-to-back sets. Guests such as Richie Hawtin, ANNA, Maceo Plex and Hardwell — who will be making his only Ibiza appearance in 2025 — will also be performing at this powerful weekly event.

Thursdays belong to Boiler Room, which is launching its first official Ibiza residency following its flagship event with Charli XCX in 2024. The line-up will introduce new sounds and artists to the island, blending raw energy and alternative curation with acts including The Streets, Bicep, Chase & Status, Sammy Virji, Flowdan, Joy Orbison and many more.

On Fridays Mathame returns with NEO: a melodic and cinematic techno experience that fuses sound and conceptual visuals in four exclusive events. A journey for those looking for more than just a dancefloor: an experience that transports.

Saturdays are for Bresh, the vibrant Argentinian party known for its mix of reggaeton, Latin sounds and colourful production. On its new stellar day and with guests yet to be announced, it promises one of the most energetic atmospheres on the island, making it a real alternative for those looking for music that breaks away from the island's electronic routine.

Sundays close the week with Pyramid, Amnesia's underground event par excellence. House, minimal and techno with artists such as Amelie Lens, DJ Tennis, Nina Kraviz, Ricardo Villalobos and Vintage Culture.

In addition, the season will include unique takeovers and events that reflect Amnesia's musical breadth: BBC Radio 1 Dance X returns alongside exclusive Mixmag Ibiza Sessions (Boys Noize, Angerfist, Pastis & Buenri), Homobloc (Sugababes, Horse Meat Disco), Teletech (Patrick Mason), Fatima Hajji Invites and the return of Godskitchen with Paul Van Dyk, Eddie Halliwell and trance legends in September.

All of this will culminate in the club's legendary two-day Closing Festival on 10th and 11th October, and Amnesia promises many more surprises throughout the summer, including exclusive parties that have yet to be announced.

As Ibiza continues to set the pulse of global dance culture, Amnesia takes its responsibility seriously. 2025 will be a year of sharp, undistracted curation that showcases the next generation of talent without forgetting the sounds that form part of the island's DNA.
